• The corresponding form styles can be set by organization categories, supporting customized displays of different data formats for various organizations.
• Referenced organizations/personnel cannot be physically deleted (permanently deleted). Instead, they should be managed through logically deleted (hide or mark as deleted), which allows recovery. They can also be disabled or enabled. Additionally, since institutions/personnel have historical records of name changes, business system applications can access to view the records.
