2.8.6 Organization Template​

[Function Overview]

Save Orgs' departments as templates, which can be imported when creating institutions or departments, enabling quick establishment of multi-level organizational structures.

[Detailed Functions Note]

  1. Create: Create organization template data records.

    • Template Name (the name of template): Manually input, is required and unique.
    • Organizational Structure: Required, select from the directory picker pop-up.

  2. Edit

    • Template Name: Can be modified but must be unique.

  3. Delete

    • A confirmation pop-up will appear; Deleted items will no longer be displayed in the list.
