3.3.3 Other Operations for Template Categories​

  • Edit: Supports updating all fields (category name, category icon, parent category, and category description) and editing permissions for "Users" and "Maintainers."

  • Copy: Duplicate the current category and all process templates under it. After successful copying, the generated category and template names will include the suffix "_(number)."

  • Delete:

    • If a category has subcategories, a prompt will notify the user that deletion is not allowed as subcategories exist.
    • If a category contains process templates, a prompt will notify the user that deletion is not allowed as process templates exist.

Tips: The template Category currently supports up to 10 levels of Subcategories, for normal page display.
