Template Management Page Structure:

• The left side displays a tree diagram of process categories, supporting category-based search and navigation.
• On the right side is the Process Template list. Above the list are operation options, including Process Template search, Create Template, Export, Export selected template information, Export all template information, multi-language Import/Export, and Batch operations (Disable, Delete, Publish, modify Permission).
