Template Management List and Operations
The Template Management list interface displays process templates for users, providing functions such as search, create, edit, export, multilingual I/O (multilingual export/import), batch operations, extended configuration, process initiation, and view associations.

Operations Overview
a) Template Search: Supports fuzzy and exact queries by conditions such as title, name, and template ID.
b) Create: Click on the "Create" button on the upper right corner to create a new process template.
c) Edit: Click on the "Edit" button on a particular template to modify the design.
d) Multilingual I/O:
This feature allows you to edit process templates in Excel by exporting them locally, making changes, and then re-importing.
Multilingual I/O Process:

Export Process:
- Select the desired process templates from the list
- Choose the target language from the dropdown menu on the Multilingual I/O button (only supported languages will be displayed)
- The system will generate an Excel file containing the selected templates

Import Process:
- After editing the file locally, click "Import" to upload the updated Excel file
- The system will automatically update the corresponding process templates with the modified design for the selected language
e) Batch Export: Disabled by default. Enable by selecting process templates in the template list to export selected templates in compressed format (ZIP).
f) Batch Delete: Disabled by default. Enabled when selecting process templates for deletion.
g) Batch Disable: Disabled by default. Check process templates to enable disable function.
h) Batch Publishing: Disabled by default. Select templates in pre-publish status to batch publish.
i) Batch Modify Permissions: Disabled by default. Select templates to batch modify permissions (usage/maintenance/read).
j) Initiate New: Available after template is published. Click to start new process from template.
k) Copy: Duplicate selected template with identical content settings.
l) Export: Export single template in compressed format (ZIP).
m) Disable: Disable selected template (won't appear in initiation views).
n) Delete: Permanently remove selected template.
o) View Associations: View data relationships for the template.
